Amelia trained in medicine at King's College London and later completed an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. Before joining Citiwell in July 2025, she led laser and resurfacing protocols in London clinic groups, with a focus on complication prevention, client communication and practical standards for mixed-device teams.

Sofia began her clinical career in Buenos Aires, retrained into UK aesthetic practice in 2016 and completed a postgraduate certificate in clinical education in London. She joined Citiwell in September 2025 to build the diode-laser and body-contouring teaching line, translating technical settings into clear salon protocols.

Priya Menon

Skin Quality and Diagnostics Educator

Priya studied medicine in Mumbai, completed UK clinical dermatology training and later specialized in skin ageing and aesthetic medicine. Since November 2025 at Citiwell, she has shaped the skin-quality curriculum: RF microneedling, HIFU, AI skin analysis and the language practitioners use to explain findings ethically.

Oliver graduated in biomedical engineering at the University of Sheffield and completed an MSc in Medical Physics at King's College London. He spent more than fifteen years around clinical lasers, maintenance standards and safety governance before joining Citiwell in January 2026 to connect service discipline with practitioner training.

Charlotte trained as a physiotherapist and later completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine. Her clinic work moved from recovery and soft-tissue programs into aesthetic body contouring. She joined Citiwell in March 2026 to design body, cryolipolysis, shockwave and pelvic-floor courses with strong client-screening logic.

Naomi built her practice in London laser studios where safe treatment of different phototypes was central to daily work. She became a VTCT assessor and joined Citiwell in May 2026 to strengthen diode, BBL and HIFU courses with inclusive consultation scripts, test-patch discipline and realistic outcome language.

Professor Langford spent more than thirty years in medical physics, university teaching and laser safety governance. His role in the Citiwell prototype is to set the academic standard for laser risk, documentation, maintenance awareness and decision-making on higher-energy platforms.
